MM Enterprises ("we", "us", "our") operates the MM Enterprises mobile application and the website mmenterprisesdhuri.com (together, the "Service"), a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale platform for car accessories. This policy explains what information we collect from our business customers, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Accounts on the Service are created for verified business customers. We collect and store the following information:

• Business and contact details — company name, contact person name, phone number, email address, business address (city, state, PIN code) and GST number.
• Account credentials — your password, stored only as a secure cryptographic hash. We never store or transmit your password in plain text.
• Order and quotation activity — products you browse, favourite, add to your cart, and the quotation requests you submit, including quoted prices and their status.
• Device push token — if you allow notifications, a Firebase Cloud Messaging token that identifies your device for push delivery. This token does not reveal your identity or location.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, files, payment card details, or any information from other apps on your device.

2. How we use your information

• To operate your wholesale account and authenticate you.
• To receive, process, price and respond to your quotation requests.
• To send you service notifications (for example, when a quotation you requested has been priced) and occasional offers via push notification. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.
• To maintain records required for business and tax purposes (e.g. GST).
• To keep the Service secure, including audit logs of administrative actions.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Sharing and third-party services

Your information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the Service:

• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — to deliver push notifications to your device.
• Our hosting provider — our application and database are hosted on secure commercial hosting infrastructure.

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Data retention and deletion

We retain your account information for as long as you hold an active trade account with us, and business transaction records for as long as applicable law (such as tax law) requires. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at the email address below; we will action the request within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep.

5. Security

All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS). Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised administrators, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may change your password from within the app at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

7. Children

The Service is a wholesale trade platform intended solely for business users aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, and the effective date above will be revised.
